Terje Talks
The cat's out of the bag, after 32 years Burton haven’t renewed their contract with Terje Haakonsen. Many people are speculating the reasons why Terje is no longer on the official team, but we are yet to hear a statement from Burton themselves. We think it's important to hear both sides of the story and decided to release this Zoom interview by Jason Horton with Terje and Cheryl Maas that was conducted a few months back before Terje’s removal from the team was announced. In this Zoom the three talk about Terje’s original Gus Kentworthy tweet, if he is indeed homophobic, Cheryl’s friendship with Terje, what he thinks of Todd Richards and Cheryl’s own experiences with homophobia in snowboarding.
