The One-Board Quiver
Most snowboards are easy to categorize. Powder board. Carving board. Freestyle board. The Singular was created for riders who would rather choose where to ride than which board to take.
Its development started with a simple question: Can one snowboard really do it all?
Around 50 prototypes and years of continuous testing and refinement later, Amplid is still working on that answer.
The Singular combines a directional shape and Cruise Camber with a carefully balanced flex that works across the mountain. It has the float to handle a storm day, the edge control and composure to carve hardpack at speed, and enough energy and agility to keep things interesting when the terrain gets more playful.
For 26/27, Amplid has refined that balance again, including a fine-tuned flex and updated damping. Visco Damp helps absorb unwanted vibration when the snow gets rough, while Pontoon Beams add torsional control beneath the bindings for more precise edge hold without making the board unnecessarily stiff from nose to tail.
The result isn't a snowboard trying to be everything at once. It's a snowboard designed so you don't have to think much about what you'll ride tomorrow.
